charmed by the tram access

easy tram access helpful staff clean room

i was really charmed by my recent visit. a tram stops right in front, and it made it so easy to reach both the airport and the city center. the staff was always ready to assist, answering every question i had with a smile. the room was very very comfy and tidywith a welcome, calm atmosphere.

the translucent frosted glass dividing the bathroom did not fully close and left a large gap, this impacted privacy.

the room included modern design with a comfortable bed and a super clean environment, i slept very well. amenities included a well kept bathroom plus strong water pressure in the shower, it was quite nice. ample space for luggage added practical value, i really liked that.

the hotel has a cafe and restaurant with delicious choices, i especially recommend the cokertme kebab. breakfast had a good range of options, including eggs, i was very satisfied. the hotel provides quick and smooth check-in service, they were very efficient.

the hotel is very near a tram station, which makes the airport very accessible. the tram also provides simple access to the city center, that was a big bonus. across the street is meydan depolama, here you can catch bus ba22.

The staff at the reception was super helpful. They responded to every single question. the room was really clean. it had an aesthetically pleasing design. i ate dinner at the cafe, and i think the cokertme kebab was delicious!

The orange juice was available only for purchase during breakfast. I found that ridiculous. i have never seen that at any other hotel. the carpets were stained, and the rooms were not well cleaned. the hotel seemed to save on their light bill, as it was very dark.

Decent Stay with Some Issues

poor soundproofing average breakfast

I encountered a few problems . The soundproofing was not good. I could easily hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. the breakfast was just average. I wanted a better variety of choices. I have to say, the location was somewhat isolated too. It wasn't ideal for exploring local attractions without relying on taxis.
